A 6-hour course (Two 3-hr classes) focused on using Brain Gym and Energy Medicine to form and install goals with ease.
6-hour class split into 2 parts

- Sunday, February 7, 2021 1 – 4 p.m. Part 2
Modern brain and neuroscience research suggest additional approaches and techniques for setting and realizing goals. A key insight is to recognize that the human body is hard-wired for survival. That is, by default, the human body will spend much of its energy on survival and being safe. Routine and predictability are essential ingredients to the body’s sense of safety. When we choose a new direction in life via goal setting, we are choosing to break with routine and predictability. The body, of course, resists our choice because of its survival mandate.
There is a way to get the body’s survival mechanism to support our goal setting. In this interactive class you will be taught and experience:
- How to form and ‘install’ goals
- Use Noticing as a way to measure progress
- Some movements from Energy Medicine with an expanded understanding
- Learn 16 movements from Brain Gym
- Explore The Three Dimensional Brain
- A tad about the Vagus Nerve, Taiji Pole and the Blood Brain Barrier
In goal setting, we remember the famous adage of Lao Tzu “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” The tools and techniques presented in this course, can be applied throughout our life’s journey.
